What services does Lauren provide?

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is currently credentialed with UPMC Commercial and UPMC for You, Highmark, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum.

Lauren earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. Since 2020, she has been providing outpatient therapy services through Connection Counseling and Consultation.

Before transitioning fully into outpatient work, Lauren spent several years in the community—consulting and training at early education centers and schools throughout the Pittsburgh area, supporting after-school and summer programs, and offering one-on-one coaching. These hands-on experiences helped shape her practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy.

While Lauren’s early work focused on children and teens, she also enjoys supporting adults at various stages of life. She has experience working with individuals navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, OCD, depression, and anxiety.

Lauren believes therapy should feel meaningful, collaborative, and empowering. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their strengths, discover new insights, and take steps toward their goals.
