Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. She works with individuals, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, bringing warmth, authenticity, and collaboration to the therapeutic process.
Anna has experience supporting clients through grief, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and family concerns. She has led therapy groups and has extensive experience working with children and adolescents. During her graduate training, she provided therapy for aging couples through the Western Pennsylvania Parkinson Foundation, where she developed a passion for supporting not only individuals but the family systems that surround them.
Anna also spent two summers with Quest Therapeutic Camp, where she discovered a deep passion for helping neurodiverse adolescents build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections. This experience continues to shape her strengths-based, relationship-centered approach to therapy.
In addition to individual and family therapy, Anna provides parent coaching for parents of neurodiverse children, helping caregivers better understand their child's unique needs while building practical strategies, confidence, and stronger family relationships.
With over six years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, Anna values the connection between mind and body and thoughtfully incorporates these principles into her therapeutic work when appropriate. She believes healing happens through increased self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful relationships.
Anna strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and accepted. She also believes that meaningful growth often requires stepping into moments of discomfort. While therapy should always feel safe and collaborative, it is not always easy. By working through difficult emotions and experiences together, clients can build lasting insight, confidence, and meaningful change.
Anna is currently accepting clients with Highmark, Cigna, Aetna, UPMC, and CCBH/MA insurance plans.
